At the extreme Southwest part of Santorini visit the lighthouse. Built by a French company in 1892, it’s considered one of the most beautiful of the Cycladic Islands and a unique point to watch the sunset. The Mountain's name is Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elias), coming from the Monastery with the same name on its peak, built in 1711. Whilst in this stunning and peaceful environment, you may as well taste wine and local products made by the monks, who reside at the monastery.
